Our goal is to assemble manufacturers and complementary partners to develop our own facility, built with insulated concrete forms (ICF), at the Gainesville inland port in Northeast Georgia.
The facility would provide a potential distribution base to serve Atlanta and a physical home for the makers-to-outlet platform.

Agree ownership, funding, responsibilities and delivery terms before development proceeds.
