For the makers
A shared route to collection presentation, trade relationships and customers.

The collective · A development objective
Our goal is to assemble manufacturers and complementary partners to develop our own facility, built with insulated concrete forms (ICF), at the Gainesville inland port in Northeast Georgia.
The facility would provide a potential distribution base to serve Atlanta and a physical home for the makers-to-outlet platform.
The organizing idea
Manufacturer representation and qualified customer demand help define what the building should support. The collective brings together the capabilities needed to plan, build and operate it.
A shared route to collection presentation, trade relationships and customers.
A proposed base for receiving, selection staging and coordinated movement toward Atlanta.
An opportunity to shape an owned facility around defined operational needs and partner contributions.
Who we want at the table
Product lines, market knowledge, collection assets and territory needs.
Form systems, related materials, technical input and qualified installation capability.
Site planning, architecture, engineering, permitting and project delivery.
Receiving, warehousing, consolidation, installation and final delivery.
Product information, photography, capture, 3D assets and room presentation.
Help define site feasibility, a workable ownership structure and the resources needed to proceed.
From concept to a workable program
Qualify manufacturers and partner capabilities. Identify the work each would take on.
Translate collection, storage, presentation and delivery needs into an operating brief.
Confirm site options, port relationships, engineering, approvals and project economics.
Agree ownership, funding, responsibilities and delivery terms before development proceeds.
The Gainesville inland port is the intended location context, not a confirmed site or affiliation. No parcel, port agreement, collective membership, financing or construction schedule has been secured through this demonstration.
